By using latesunradio.com you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

What’s ours

The words, the art, Rayo and the other characters, the Late Sun Radio name, the wordmark and the sun mark, and Late Sun Radio’s music on this site belong to Late Sun Radio. You may use the files on our press page to write about us, as described there.

The music isn’t licensed for reuse

You can listen here as much as you like. You can’t download, reupload, re-edit, or use our music in your own videos, streams or posts. Licensing explains what you can and can’t do.

Sending us your tracks

Only send links to music you have the right to share. Sending a track doesn’t give us permission to play it: that happens only if we both accept our artist permission agreement, which then governs your tracks.

No warranties

We provide the site as it is, and we may change it, pause it or take it down at any time. We don’t promise it will always be available or free of errors.

Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, Late Sun Radio isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses from using this site.

Links to other sites

When we link to YouTube, Spotify, Instagram or anywhere else, their own terms apply there.
