Can I use this music in my videos?
We haven’t set up a creator licence. Please don’t reupload, re-edit or use our tracks in your own content. You can link to our videos, and share and embed them once they’re up.

- Link to this site or to our videos.
- Embed our YouTube videos with YouTube’s own share or embed button.
- Share them anywhere you like.
- Play them for yourself, all day.
Not for now
- Reuploading a track or a mix, anywhere.
- Re-editing, looping, cutting or remixing our tracks.
- Using our music under your own video, stream, podcast or post.
- Playing our stream on your own stream.

Can I use this music in my videos?
No, not for now. We haven’t set up a creator licence yet, so there’s no way to use our tracks in your content. That includes YouTube videos, Shorts, Reels, TikToks, podcasts and streams.
Can I play the stream on my own stream?
No. Please don’t rebroadcast Late Sun Radio, the stream or a mix, on your own channel. Send your viewers a link instead.
Can I link to, embed or share your videos?
Yes. Link to this site, and embed or share our YouTube videos with YouTube’s own buttons. That’s always fine.
Will there be a creator licence?
It’s planned, not built. Join the launch list on the home page; we’ll let you know whether a creator licence exists once the stream starts.
Will I get a Content ID claim?
We haven’t registered any Late Sun Radio music with YouTube Content ID, and as of today we haven’t filed any claims. That isn’t permission to use the music: if a track is in your video, please take it out.
I make music. Can I be on the station?
That’s a different deal, and it’s open. Read the artist deal and send two or three tracks.
