Who we are

Late Sun Radio is a small independent music station. You can reach us at latesunradio@gmail.com.

What we collect

This site has two forms. We only get what you type into them, plus any email you send us.

• Submit a track (for artists): your artist name, your email, your credit link, links to two or three of your tracks, your answers to our questions (who owns the music, samples, whether an AI tool was involved, Content ID, that you’re 18 or older, that you understand the agreement), and anything you write in the notes box.
• Launch list: your email address.

Where it’s kept

Netlify, the company that hosts this site, receives and stores form submissions for us (Netlify Forms). We read them there, and we may get a copy by email.

What we use it for

• To listen to the tracks you send and reply to you.
• To run the station: for example, sending you our permission agreement and putting your credit on screen if you say yes.
• To send the one email we promised when the 24/7 stream starts, if you joined the launch list.

We don’t sell it, we don’t share it with advertisers, and we don’t use it for anything else.

What this site doesn’t do

• No ads.
• No ads, no third-party analytics and no tracking scripts from other companies. Every file on this site, including the fonts and code, is served from the site itself.
• We count visits with a small counter that runs on our own site. It records which page was opened, which button or link was tapped, which site sent you here, your country, and phone or computer. It never records what you type into a form. It sets no cookies, keeps no IP address and no device ID, and uses a code that changes every day, so we cannot recognize you from one day to the next. It switches itself off if your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control.
• No cookies set by us.

Your browser does keep a few small settings on your own device, which never come to us: whether you paused the room’s motion, which option you picked under “What are you here for?”, and where you were in Vol. 1 so the player can offer to pick up there. Clearing your browser data removes them.

Like any web host, Netlify handles technical information such as IP addresses to deliver the site and keep it secure.

Seeing or deleting your information

Email latesunradio@gmail.com from the address you used and tell us what you’d like: a copy, a correction, or deletion. We’ll do it and confirm by email. Unsubscribing from the launch list works the same way.

Age

This site isn’t aimed at children. Artists who submit tracks must be 18 or older.

Changes

If this changes, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
